All FGTS withdrawals in the app:
All withdrawals provided for by law are available in the app and, if you need or are entitled, you can request in the App.
App features:
- Check the balance and statement of FGTS accounts;
- Option for the withdrawal system (Withdrawal-Termination or Withdrawal-Anniversary);
- Digital withdrawal for withdrawal, termination and retirement reasons with indication of deposit account (CAIXA or other banks);
- Request for withdrawal for other withdrawal reasons, with the submission of documents;
- Registration of CAIXA account or other banks, for FGTS credit in case of withdrawal;
- Authorization for consultation of FGTS information by financial institutions;
- Address update.
User registration:
If you don't have a user yet, you must register a new one on the login and password screen, in the “Register” option, using your CPF and the e-mail you use the most. It's simple, fast and secure.
About FGTS
How to install FGTS on your Android device:
- Click on the Continue To App button on our website. This will redirect you to Google Play.
- Once the FGTS is shown in the Google Play listing of your Android device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the Install button located below the search bar and to the right of the app icon.
- A pop-up window with the permissions required by FGTS will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.
- FGTS will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.
